Coaching Programs

Choose the level of support that fits this season of your life.

Mastery Life Coaching offers a focused 4-week introduction and a deeper 12-week exploration for adults seeking clarity, purpose, integration, and grounded next steps.

Begin where you are

Begin where you are.

Some seasons of life ask for a short, focused process. Others ask for a deeper exploration of the self, the whole life, and the patterns that have shaped your next threshold.

The two core Mastery Life Coaching programs are designed to meet different levels of readiness. You can begin with The Lens of Mastery to gain orientation and clarity, or enter Mastery and the Self for a fuller 12-week exploration of the 12 Domains of Mastery.

If you are unsure which program fits, the discovery call is the best place to begin.

The Lens of Mastery

The Lens of Mastery.

A 4-week introductory coaching process for seeing your life more clearly and identifying your next grounded step.

The Lens of Mastery is designed for people who know something is asking for attention, but who may not yet know where to begin. It offers a focused space to pause, reflect, name what feels misaligned, and begin practicing a new relationship to your current season.

This is not a quick fix or a motivational reset. It is a structured introduction to the Mastery approach through four movements: practice, self-awareness, integration, and stewardship.

The Lens of Mastery may be a good fit if

  • You feel stuck, scattered, depleted, or uncertain.
  • You are entering a transition and want help orienting yourself.
  • You need a short, focused process before committing to deeper work.
  • You want reflective conversation paired with practical next steps.
  • You are ready to look honestly at your life without trying to fix everything at once.

Week One

Practice

We begin by asking what practice, rhythm, or commitment would help you live with more attention and intention. The focus is on small, repeatable actions that create steadiness.

Week Two

Self-awareness

We explore what you are beginning to see about yourself more clearly — patterns, assumptions, feelings, responsibilities, desires, or questions that have been asking for attention.

Week Three

Integration

We look at what parts of your life need to be brought into better relationship, connecting insight with daily rhythm, body, work, creativity, relationship, and purpose.

Week Four

Stewardship

We clarify what you are responsible for tending well in this next season — gifts, relationships, habits, resources, responsibilities, or one meaningful next step.

What you may leave with

  • A clearer picture of your current life threshold
  • A better understanding of what feels misaligned
  • A practical next-step plan
  • A stronger sense of what needs care now
  • Language for the deeper question you are living
  • A sense of whether deeper coaching is right for you

Mastery and the Self

Mastery and the Self.

A 12-week exploration of the 12 Domains of Mastery for people ready to examine the whole life with depth, honesty, and care.

Mastery and the Self is the deeper path within Mastery Life Coaching. It is designed for people who are ready to explore the larger architecture of their lives: body, mind, soul, spirit, rhythm, values, identity, feeling, purpose, integrity, and stewardship.

The program uses the 12 Domains of Mastery as a whole-life map. Each domain becomes a mirror for reflection, assessment, and practical change. The goal is not perfection. The goal is to live with more attention, alignment, purpose, and integrity.

Mastery and the Self may be a good fit if

  • You are ready for a deeper 12-week process.
  • You want to examine multiple areas of life, not just one issue.
  • You are in a period of midlife transition, creative reorientation, rebuilding, burnout, or spiritual questioning.
  • You value reflective inquiry, philosophical depth, and practical implementation.
  • You want to clarify what your next chapter is asking of you.

Additional ways to engage the work

Workshops and groups.

The core path begins with private coaching. Over time, Mastery Life Coaching may also include group, workshop, contemplative, and self-guided formats.

Mastery Circle

A small-group coaching experience for people exploring the 12 Domains of Mastery in reflective community.

Workshops

Guided sessions that create space to pause, reflect, and leave with one insight and one grounded next step.

I Ching Consultation

A contemplative consultation for exploring one sincere question through image, movement, meaning, and reflection. This work is not prediction or fortune-telling.

These offerings can be added to the website as separate pages when they are ready to promote.

I Ching Consultation

Bring one sincere question.

An I Ching consultation offers symbolic insight, contemplative guidance, and grounded reflection around a question, decision, pattern, or threshold you are living.

Sometimes a question keeps returning. It may concern a decision, a transition, a relationship, a creative direction, a life pattern, or an inner threshold that has not yet become clear.

You may not need someone to tell you what to do. You may need a reflective space where the question can be approached from another angle. The I Ching does not decide for you. It invites a deeper conversation with change.

Symbolic reflection

We explore image, movement, tension, and possible meaning in relation to the question you bring.

Contemplative guidance

The consultation creates space to slow down, listen, and consider what the situation may be asking of you.

Grounded integration

The goal is not prediction. The goal is a clearer relationship to the question and a more grounded next step.

A low-threshold beginning

  1. Bring one sincere question

You begin with a question, decision, transition, pattern, or threshold that feels alive for you.

  2. Explore the image and movement

We use the I Ching as a symbolic and contemplative tool. The focus is on meaning, pattern, tension, and relationship to change.

  3. Integrate what becomes clearer

You leave with reflection, not prediction: a clearer relationship to the question you are living and a grounded way to continue listening or acting.

Reflection, not prediction

An I Ching consultation is not fortune-telling, prediction, diagnosis, therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or a way to avoid your own discernment. The I Ching does not make decisions for you. The consultation supports inquiry, perspective, and meaning-making so you can relate to your question with more attention and responsibility.

Coaching has clear boundaries.

Mastery Life Coaching is coaching, not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, addiction treatment, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for licensed professional care.

The work is reflective, developmental, and practical. If you are in crisis or need clinical, medical, emergency, or specialized support, please contact an appropriate licensed professional or emergency service.

Questions

Questions about the programs.

Do I need to know which program I want before booking a call?

No. The discovery call can help clarify whether The Lens of Mastery, Mastery and the Self, or another form of support is the right next step.

Is The Lens of Mastery required before Mastery and the Self?

Not necessarily. The Lens of Mastery is a strong starting point if you want a focused introduction, but some clients may be ready to begin directly with the deeper 12-week exploration.

Is this coaching spiritual?

The work is spiritually informed, but not dogmatic or religious instruction. It can include questions of meaning, purpose, integrity, values, and inner life in a grounded and respectful way.

Is this therapy?

No. Mastery Life Coaching is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, addiction treatment, or crisis support. It is a coaching relationship focused on reflection, clarity, goals, and responsible action.

What happens after the 4-week program?

After The Lens of Mastery, you may choose to pause, continue with practical next steps on your own, or enter deeper work through Mastery and the Self if that feels appropriate.
